The actual picture does not actually look this bad. Mainly that is because I did not scan it on my computer and was lazy. The real pic will be up some time soon.
Alaskan cod cooked in olive oil with garlic with steamed brown rice and a salad.
Fettuccine lightly sauced with fresh basil, and homemade cheesy garlic bread.
Homemade basil fettuccine or noodles. Served it with a garlic butter sauce with mozzarella on top.
This one took some extra but was worth it. Sauteed chicken and onions with steamed broccoli.
Today is the first day I cooked in my kitchen. I made linguine and tossed it in a basil pesto that my parents and I made. It is served with a toasted ciabatta roll and grape juice.
